Jamie Poole is a British illustrator living and working in Northamptonshire, United Kingdom. He specialises in a traditional art style that’s an elegant blend of organic and digital techniques. His work has found its way into projects all over the world—from portraits and magazine features to card designs, book covers, and fully illustrated books. He also enjoys developing his own projects, which gives him the opportunity to experiment further and continually improve his craft.
Jamie works with a variety of subject matter and has a love of nature, wildlife, birds, the British countryside and coastline. Much of his work is made using paper collage techniques and the printed word. He is particularly inspired by the Northamptonshire Poet John Clare and Nene valley where he lives.
